Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

When You’re Ready for Real Support — But Still Need to Live Your Life
IOP Is Built for People Like You
People who’ve tried therapy or 12-step programs but need more structure, more support, and more tools
Clients stepping down from inpatient or PHP, ready to rebuild routines
Individuals balancing work, court mandates, and family responsibilities
Returning citizens who need more than check-ins — they need a plan
Adolescents and young adults showing early signs of habitual use or legal involvement
Anyone who’s serious about changing their life — but doesn’t want to be lectured or labeled

What Makes Our IOP Different
It’s Built Around Real Life
Most clients can’t pause their life for treatment. Our IOP provides at least 9 hours of care each week, split across 3–5 days, including group therapy, individual counseling, and case management. We offer both daytime and evening options, plus hybrid virtual/in-person access where needed.
It Treats More Than Symptoms
We don’t just focus on “not using.” We work on the underlying issues that fuel cycles of substance use — trauma, emotional pain, reentry barriers, family dysfunction, self-doubt, and instability.
It Puts Respect First
Clients are not punished for struggling — they’re supported in understanding what went wrong and how to pivot. Our model is rooted in compassionate accountability, not compliance-based punishment.
It Includes Wraparound Support
Many programs stop at therapy. Ours includes:
- Peer mentorship from people with lived experience
- Anger management and emotional skills groups
- Transportation help, housing referrals, and document recovery
- Job readiness and soft skills development
- Court reporting and documentation for referrals
It Works for the Long-Term
We build discharge and transition plans from day one — not the day before you leave. We don’t want you to complete a program. We want you to build a life.
What Clients Actually Do in Our IOP
Group Therapy
Learn how to manage triggers, regulate emotions, make decisions under pressure, rebuild self-esteem, and break cycles of avoidance or aggression.
Individual Counseling
Unpack the deeper issues beneath your substance use: grief, anxiety, fear, trauma, shame. Set goals and take ownership — at your pace, with your voice.
Peer Support
Build trust with mentors who’ve been where you are and now walk beside you. Our peer leaders are trained, authentic, and empowering — not preachy or punitive.
Life Stabilization Services
We help you apply for jobs, show up to court, get your ID, navigate housing, and develop real-world life skills. This is how recovery turns into independence.
