our Services

At ITG Academy, treatment at every level is tailored to meet the individual needs of each service recipient. Upon completing a full assessment and evaluation, our team determines the appropriate level of care based on the assessment results, the clinician’s judgment, and other personal considerations.

What makes ITG Academy unique is our commitment to small, intimate group settings. By keeping our groups smaller than those typically found in larger programs, we create a more personal and focused environment where each participant receives the attention and care they deserve. This approach allows us to deliver more meaningful and individualized support, ensuring that treatment is truly centered on each person's journey.

In addition to our substance use treatment programs, Mental Health Services are provided on-site when possible. If certain services, such as Medication-Assisted Treatment, are unavailable within our organization, we refer participants to trusted partner providers, ensuring that all necessary care is coordinated seamlessly.

All programs include regular random UA testing to support accountability. Failure to participate in UA testing may result in discharge from the program or termination of services. Our goal is to provide holistic, individualized care to every participant, promoting abstinence, harm reduction, and sustained recovery through evidence-based practices.

At ITG Academy, we believe that by focusing on small, supportive groups and personalized care, we can help each individual achieve lasting recovery in a way that’s both compassionate and effective.

PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION SERVICES (PHS/PHP)

ASAM Level 2.5 Program

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers intensive, structured care for individuals aged 14 and older who are struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Designed for those who need more support than traditional outpatient services but do not require 24-hour supervision, our PHP bridges the gap between inpatient care and less intensive outpatient options.

Key Features

☑️Comprehensive Care: PHP provides treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders through a combination of individual and group therapy sessions, with services delivered by highly qualified clinical staff.

☑️Intensive Structure: Clients participate in therapy and support activities for 5-6 hours a day, 4-5 days a week, ensuring a consistent level of care.

☑️Integrated Mental Health Support: Mental health treatment is included for those who need it, addressing the emotional and psychological challenges that often accompany substance use disorders.

☑️Progress Monitoring: Random drug testing is used to track progress and ensure accountability throughout treatment.

Therapeutic Activities

Our PHP offers a range of structured therapeutic activities aimed at equipping clients with the tools needed to manage daily stressors, enhance coping skills, and function independently. This program helps prevent the need for inpatient hospitalization or residential treatment by providing a higher level of support than General Outpatient (OP) or Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs.

Who Benefits from PHP?

☑️Individuals transitioning from a higher level of care, such as inpatient or residential treatment.

☑️Those who need more intensive support than OP or IOP, but do not require 24/7 supervision.

☑️People seeking to prevent hospitalization while managing daily life with increased therapeutic support.

Our PHP empowers participants to regain control over their lives, offering a comprehensive path to recovery in a supportive, therapeutic environment.

INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT RECIPIENT TREATMENT (IOTX/IOP)

ASAM Level 2.1 Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a vital step down from the intensity of inpatient, residential, or Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), offering structure and support while allowing individuals to maintain their daily responsibilities. This program is ideal for those who need ongoing treatment but can manage some aspects of daily life on their own.

Program Overview

☑️Structured Flexibility: The IOP allows participants to continue their regular activities—work, school, or family responsibilities—while receiving the therapeutic support they need. Clients are required to attend scheduled sessions, typically committing at least 9 hours per week, with treatment provided at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 hours each day.

☑️Customized Treatment: Every individual begins with an initial screening and evaluation to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their specific needs and goals. Mental health treatment is integrated when necessary to address co-occurring conditions.

☑️Comprehensive Care:

Our IOP includes a blend of therapeutic services:

💠Group counseling to foster peer support and shared recovery experiences.

💠Individual counseling to focus on personal challenges and progress.

💠Family counseling to address relational dynamics and provide support for loved ones.

☑️Progress Monitoring: Random drug testing is employed to ensure accountability and monitor progress throughout the program.

Service Delivery

Our services are available to individuals aged 14 and older, with treatment provided by qualified clinical professionals using a variety of evidence-based approaches.

The program offers a comprehensive mix of therapeutic modalities to support individuals in building coping skills, improving their mental health, and maintaining long-term sobriety.

Who Benefits from IOP?

The IOP is designed for individuals who:

☑️Are transitioning from a higher level of care, such as inpatient or PHP.

☑️Need more support than standard outpatient treatment but can still function in their everyday lives.

☑️Are motivated to set personal recovery goals and actively work toward them while benefiting from structured guidance and group interaction.

OUTPATIENT RECIPIENT TREATMENT (OTX/IOP)

ASAM Level 1 Program

Our Outpatient Program (OP) offers a lower-intensity level of care for individuals who are managing their recovery in a non-residential setting. This program is well-suited for those who have completed more intensive treatment programs, have a less severe substance use disorder, or have maintained stability over an extended period.

Program Overview

☑️Flexible Support: OP allows participants to continue their day-to-day responsibilities, such as work, school, or family obligations, while receiving ongoing therapeutic support. Clients are required to attend scheduled sessions, typically committing at least 3 hours per week.

☑️Comprehensive Counseling:

The program offers a range of therapeutic services, including:

💠Group counseling for peer support and shared recovery experiences.

💠Individual counseling to address personal recovery goals.

💠Family counseling to support relational healing and growth.

☑️Customized Treatment Plans: Each individual begins with an initial screening and evaluation to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to their unique needs and recovery goals. Mental health treatment is integrated into the plan when necessary to address any co-occurring conditions.

☑️Progress Monitoring: Random drug testing is utilized throughout the program to ensure accountability and monitor progress.

Service Delivery

Our OP is available to individuals aged 15 and older.

All treatment services are delivered by highly qualified clinical professionals using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring each participant receives the most effective care to support their recovery journey.

Who Benefits from OP?

The Outpatient Program is designed for individuals who:

☑️Have completed more intensive forms of treatment, such as inpatient, residential, or PHP, and are transitioning to a lower level of care.

☑️Have a milder substance use disorder that requires professional guidance without intensive intervention.

☑️Are stable in their recovery and seeking ongoing support to maintain sobriety.

EARLY INTERVENTION TREATMENT (EI)

ASAM Level 0.5 Program

Our Early Intervention Programs are designed for individuals who have not been diagnosed with a substance use disorder but may be at risk of developing one. These programs aim to reduce that risk through education, awareness, and early-stage counseling.

Program Structure

☑️Prevention and Education: Early Intervention focuses on helping individuals understand the potential risk factors that may lead to substance use disorders. By providing targeted education, the program empowers participants to make informed decisions and take preventive steps before problems escalate.

☑️Counseling and Support: Participants will engage in both group and individual counseling sessions that address their unique concerns and risk factors, creating a supportive environment for self-reflection and growth.

Program Overview

Flexible Scheduling

The program typically involves 1-3 hours of education per week over a span of 4-12 weeks, depending on individual needs and risk factors.

Weekend Programs

For those with busy schedules, weekend programs may be available, providing 4 or more hours of educational programming and counseling in a condensed format.

Our Approach

Our qualified clinical team emphasizes education, self-awareness, and personalized support to help participants identify and address the unique risk factors that could lead to substance misuse.

This program acts as a crucial preventative measure, equipping individuals with the tools they need to make healthier choices moving forward.

Who Benefits from Early Intervention?

☑️Individuals who have not been diagnosed with a substance use disorder but may be showing early signs of risky behavior.

☑️Those who want to take proactive steps to understand and address potential risk factors before substance use becomes problematic.

Alcohol-Related Treatment Programs

DUI/DWI TREATMENT

Treatment for alcohol-related issues is customized based on individual needs and varies in intensity. An assessment is conducted to determine the most appropriate level of care. This includes services for individuals needing to meet specific requirements, such as those mandated by the court or Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA).

Program Overview:

☑️Duration and Structure: For individuals who meet the criteria, we offer 12-26 week programs. These programs are ideal for those court-ordered or required by the MVA to complete an alcohol education course. Sessions are typically scheduled once a week and last no more than 2 hours.

☑️Referral for Higher Care: If a higher level of care is needed, participants will be referred or transferred to appropriate programs, such as inpatient or intensive outpatient services.

MVA-Required Evaluations

☑️We also provide MVA-required evaluations for individuals who are in the process of regaining their driver’s license. These evaluations are crucial for those who need to demonstrate progress or completion of required alcohol education and treatment.

☑️Out-of-Pocket Costs: Insurance generally does not cover DWI or MVA-related courses. Participants are responsible for the upfront cost of these services.

☑️Payment Plans: Flexible payment plans are available for eligible participants to help manage the financial aspects of completing the program.

Who Benefits from These Programs?

☑️Individuals required by the court or MVA to complete an alcohol treatment or education program.

☑️Those seeking to regain their driver’s license after alcohol-related offenses, who need to complete mandatory evaluations and treatment.

Our alcohol-related programs provide a structured, supportive pathway to meet legal requirements and help participants achieve long-term recovery and restore their driving privileges.
